YILDIZ DLD Lift: Vertical Storage System

The YILDIZ DLD Lift is a closed, computer-controlled vertical storage system that uses an elevator mechanism to transport trays to the relevant floor and automatically slides them into their designated slots. Trays are stored vertically on both sides of the device. Thanks to its modular design, the height can be adjusted later. Compared to conventional systems, it saves up to 85% of floor space while maximizing vertical storage capacity. The YILDIZ DLD Lift is designed for a wide range of applications in manufacturing, trade, retail, and warehousing. Its ability to optimize storage space, flexible and efficient storage strategies, and enhanced security make it a unique storage solution.

YILDIZ DKD Carousel: Vertical Carousel Storage System

The YILDIZ DKD is an automated vertical carousel storage system based on a rotating shelf mechanism, providing fast and seamless access to stored items. It is ideal for frequently used products and can rotate both left and right, ensuring the shortest path to the desired item. The system is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Products are stored and retrieved using movable carriers (shelves) mounted on vertical chain loops. The YILDIZ DKD maximizes efficiency with minimal floor space. Each unit can operate independently or be integrated into a network, offering superior efficiency, flexibility, and autonomy.

YILDIZ Maksi: Multi-Drawer Storage System

The YILDIZ Maksi offers up to 12 drawers and 768 locked compartments, making it ideal for storing small items. It provides options for different depths and compartment sizes. Equipped with telescopic rails, the fully extendable drawers can carry up to 125 kg. The internal compartments can be customized to meet customer requirements.

YILDIZ Mini: Compact Storage System

The YILDIZ Mini is an automated storage system with a tiered drawer structure, allowing individual access to products. It offers up to 102 shelves and 1,326 locked compartments, making it particularly suitable for storing small and high-value items. Integrated with YILDIZ Software, this system ensures the security and stock consistency of valuable products. It is widely used in industries such as tooling, jewelry, electronics, and defense.

YILDIZ ADS: Automated Cabinet System

The YILDIZ ADS is a computer-controlled, automated cabinet system designed for medium-sized products. Each module can hold up to 16 locked cabinet compartments. In the machining industry, it can store up to 18 tool holders in a single compartment using telescopic rail drawers. Controlled by YILDIZ Software, the YILDIZ ADS can communicate with multiple machines via a single control unit, allowing for the addition of extra modules as needed.

YILDIZ O: High-Capacity Storage System

The YILDIZ O storage system, with a capacity of up to 2,340 locked compartments, is an excellent solution for small-scale product storage. It stands out in its class with its unique size and compartment options, offering customizable compartment sizes. As a fully domestically produced system, YILDIZ O caters to a wide range of industries, including tooling, safety equipment, pharmaceuticals, and medical products. Its ability to securely store and manage valuable items ensures a quick return on investment.

YILDIZ AS/RS: Automated Storage and Retrieval System

The YILDIZ AS/RS is a state-of-the-art automated storage and retrieval system. Using computer-controlled robotic carriers, it manages processes such as storing, organizing, retrieving, and order picking. AS/RS systems combine the features of many storage systems and are designed for high-altitude storage racks, which can reach up to 40 meters in height. These racks can be customized for large, heavy loads or small to medium-sized items. In short, the YILDIZ AS/RS is a group of machines and control units that automate the storage and retrieval of materials from a loading point.
